Questions are how you focus your mind. The quality of the questions you ask yourself on a consistent basis determines the quality of your life.
If you ask lousy questions you’ll get lousy results. For example, if you ask, “Why does my life suck?” You will get answers like, “Because you’re a loser.” Or “Because you were born into the wrong family.” Or “Because you procrastinate too much.” Or “Because of the economy.” Or…you get the idea. Your mind comes up with all sorts of excuses, none of which support living a high quality life.
